All State Home Health was founded in 1999 to meet the needs of the Denver Metro area for home-based assistance. In June 2010, All State Home Health was purchased with the goal to provide exceptional medical and non-medical care services to clients in their home.

The medical community recognizes the benefit of home health care services, which prevents return visits to the hospital or transfers to skilled care or nursing home facilities. Care provided by trained caregivers in the home is cost effective and meets the desires of most adults to remain independent in the comfort and familiarity of home.
